Today I will talk about the citrus fruit, one such ingredient which we all use in everyday life, “Lemon”. This fruit is used for culinary and non-culinary purposes throughout the world, primarily for its juice, which has both culinary and cleaning uses. However, lemon has other great benefits, one of them being immune boosting power. It is therefore a good time to get into good habits and boost your immune system by drinking hot water with lemon after you wake up.
Covid – 19 or Coronavirus was declared as a global pandemic by the WHO (World Health Organization). And while the countries are coping with forthcoming dangers that this virus poses to humanity, there are few key measures that individuals can take to fight this pandemic.
